Hi Guys just to update, managed to get all credit reports only noddle have defaults listed, so contacted cabot and spoke to someone in dispute /complaints dept, still no record by using dob and surname other than the ones in Iva. they have a copy image from my noddle credit file with defaults on, was told that its possible that a system error could have issued this, or they are just linking names hoping to find the right person. so should hope to hear something soon, either way i hope they remove asap.

Hi Guys Received A letter from call-credit(noddle) saying that these defaults will be removed on my next update, still nothing from Cabot thou.
So it does pay to check your credit files regularly. Thanx for the advice guys.

Good that they will remove on next update ..totally wrong though when it shouldnt even have happened!
