Hi all,
I today received a letter from DFD which contained my closure report and a sheet of paper titled:
"Rule 5.34 The insolvency act NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF VOLUNTARY ARRANGEMENT pursuant to rule 5.34 of the insolvency rules 1986"

It goes onto say that I've complied with everything and "I now cease to act as the supervisor" it is then signed by my supervisor.

My question is, is this my completion certificate?
Last payment 02/02/15.
Completion certificate 07/05/15

Thanks Foggy. It's not much to look at is it?! :-)
I must admit I'm impressed with DFD, I only made my last payment on 02/02/15, so well done to them.

I had exactly the same problem when I received my completion certificate and had to ring GT to ask what it should look like. not an impressive document but very valuable. it would be more self explanatory if it had the words Completion Certificate written at the top.
