Just wanted to come on here and share some fantastic news with you all. After 6 1/2 very long years we have finally completed our IVA and received our certificates in super quick time from Creditfix. It's been one hell of a journey and the relief that it is finally over is indescribable.

We were with Melanie Giles for the majority of our IVA who we would like to thank from the bottom of our hearts for helping us through it! We were then transferred to Creditfix at the end of last year (along with many others on here). The transfer caused us so much stress and worry at the time as it came out of the blue and we were so close to completing our IVA. We worried that the transfer would delay or cause problems with our completion. We are pleased to say that this was quite the opposite. We honestly cannot praise Creditfix enough for the way they have dealt with our case. On the couple of occasions we have had to speak to them our queries have been dealt with speedily and in a very professional manner and the completion team have been fantastic. We were really sad not to have completed our IVA with Melanie's team but we really couldn't have been put in any better hands than Susan and the team at Creditfix. For anyone else out there struggling with their IVA we really are living proof that you can do it and that there is definitely light at the end of the tunnel. Here's to a very happy and debt free future [:D]

Congratulations, only wish I could say the same for Gt but sadly that is not the case.
Enjoy your debt freedom.

Thank you for all your kind messages. The support on this forum has been incredible over the last 6 years.

Congratulations Mrs R on your F&F. I'm sure it won't take long for the closures team at creditfix to work their magic for you :)

MrsR - Final payment was made in February. Completion Certificate received yesterday and upon checking the register today we have both been removed already. Can't get any better than that! Thought it was going to take much longer. Just got to get the IVA removed from the credit files now :)

Thanks relieved33. Our IVA has taken over 6 years to complete so hoping that as soon as the CRA's get notification that we are completed that it should drop straight off our files. We have been advised to send them a copy of our completion certificates to speed things up a bit.

Sounds great Bettyboop :)

Will have to wait till feb 2018 for ours to drop off unfortunately- shame the credit agencies can't wipe these at the same time as closing an IVA down !

If your name is off the Register, Country Girl, then they have been sent a copy of the CC --- chase your IP for another copy to be sent to you -- the original must have gone astray !
