Recovering --- have you had any acknowledgement at all ? Is the mailbox you are using live ?

Perhaps you should use the same email address as Stressed !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Stressed1974 I had the same experience. Tho mine was a 3 day turn around. Really pleased with them. I went direct to the client team and not via Customer Services and they couldn't do enough to help. The CF Client Team advisor even gave me her personal Extension number. I'm also happy to give you her details recovering ! If it helps

I'm guessing its who you get when you make contact. I was the lucky one. All scanned and emailed so its quick and fast and also proof its been sent.

2 email addresses for you
Megan.reid@creditfixme.co.uk
Teala.Elsy@creditfixme.co.uk
Both of these are in the client supervision team and have been helpful.Sent all the info to Teala and got a reply from Megan.
Didn't find the i&e form too bad, used the PJG one and adapted the CF one adding in a few things where necessary. Even increased a couple of things but had also decreased a few and these weren't questioned. Was also uncomfortable sending statements as don't like it all nit picked but no mention of them either.Had a couple of amounts into a savings account but all seemed fine. All in all a fairly pleasant experience for being in an IVA. Let us know how u get on recovering #128522;

I just copied across using the PJG form and added extra boxes on the CF form for Lunch/Dinners at work etc

Make sure you use all the allowances tho :-)

Im not sure weve used all allowances...so much DD gone up that our payment would have to be reduced! Ive put all DD in the relevat spot then transferred essential allowances from our PJG i&e such as shopping and petrol. The surplus adds up to our current payment because we try and stay within the limits. Some allowances have drastically reduced but not anything that i class as essential...just things Mel was generous about. Still worry about the bank statements thing and if they question spending but they dont seem to have paid much attrntion to other peoples so hoping ours will be ok

Interestingly Debbie is listed as working at Begbies Traynor Group, not CreditFix.

Quick update. So I emailed again yesterday lunchtime as thought its gone on too long and not heard anything (review date 14/11) within an hour I got a reply back from customer service advising that she had checked hubbys file reviewed had been done and no change and apologised that no one had contacted us.
Well at least we know now but had to chase

Tbh once I received all the I&E form I found the review a lot easier than the one with PJG got confirmation that nothing was changing much quicker. I didn't expect to hear myself saying that!!!
