Hi A quick post I do not want to stir up a lot of anxiety again but I have a written clarification from Creditfix they have no problem with our money for mots glasses etc going into another account for when it is needed! I had almost forgotten I emailed as I used a link on the website and didn't find the answer on my computer until today! I won't post the exact wording as I want to maintain my anonymity on here but if anyone needs it I have it

As far as I know if you are added to each others frugal friends lists you should be able to contact each other. Not sure how, never tried it myself.

Apparently, though, there is currently a bug in the system which admin is trying to get sorted.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

go to your profile. Scroll to the bottom....theres frugal friends. Find the name of your friend to be. click add friend. Once added you should see their profile pic at the bottom of your profile. Click on profile pic of who you want to contact. Youll then get a box that says something like send message via email. Just type in the box. Other party should receive email. It wasnt working but seems ok now. hope that helps
