DMB ... hope the responses received have helped a little. I am guessing that every complaint made will take different timescales to resolve due to the nature of issue raised ... I am aware of a friend who complained back in Dec 2012 and they had it resolved in their favour by March 2013 - it also depends I would imagine on whether they have more than one complaint about the same thing

I will let you all know the result as soon as they finish investigating it. When I complained Luluj they said they had so many complaints at the same time and said it was about the same thing.
Last payment made August 2012 Certificate of Completion recieved 15th of Novenber 2013.

Yes Luluj. I just really wanted to know if anyone had any success as it all seems a bit one way traffic and not in our favour?
I also wondered when complaining,who are you actually talking to?
