Has anybody on here actually complained to the regulators/ombudsman etc regarding their IVA and actually had a positive outcome?
Who actually regulates the whole IVA scheme?
It's probably already been covered on here somewhere but I don't recall seeing many if any positive results from complaining?

I think you're expecting a response a bit to quickly. This isn't Google and it's a fairly small community so don't expect anything immediately as people (hopefully) are doing nice things on a Sunday.

Chill out a bit. My response was perfectly civil but don't worry, I won't reply to you again.

Thanks. I have posted on here previously and don't begin to tell me to chill out or how this forum works.
If you didn't have anything constructive or any experience regarding my question why bother to comment?

Thank you recovering. I was just trying to get an idea on how effective complaining to a regulator would be.
Hopefully someone will have some experience in the subject and get back to me in due course?
Feeling pretty dumped on having been ditched by PJG.

The dumped on bit a lot us understand.
I've not enjoyed having to bring myself up to speed especially as I last used this forum 5 years ago as part of the reason for going with pjg.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Life not easy, I used this forum also to gauge who I thought at the time was the best company to go with.
I have read a few of the threads now regarding Credit Fix and see there are a lot of unhappy people like me.
Just feel a little helpless for the first time in a long while.

It will be interesting Sharon.10 to see if you have a positive result? Sounds promising if their are are lots of others. Good luck with it.
