Thanks Michael. They seemed pretty laid back about the whole thing when I said I was concerned that it hadn't been completed by the 2 month deadline. Has anyone had an annual review back from them yet? Did you get the official report that details where funds have been paid and the progress report etc, as we did with PJG?

Hi Lue
We have had our revue a couple of weeks ago that was overdue from September!
All we have had is a letter from CF agreeing to our repayment amount and new wage uplift amounts.
We have had no official report or any breakdown of our expenditure, as we did with PJG.
To be honest we are sick of ringing and chasing CF at the moment so have left it at that.
Probably will wait a month and start again.

Ours was due in December, we have not heard a thing. Im going to have to chase it up this week.

I'm not happy having to run around after them badgering CF to do my review, i never had to do this with PJG and don't see why i need to do it now, but by the looks of things this is the way its going to be for the remainder of our IVA.
I'm very concerned that this may be the case. I daren't even type here what I think of them for fear of being banned.

I had my review around September with PJG; heard nothing since, no annual report either which I'd usually received by November.

Contacted CF and was told they have a large backlog of annual reviews to get through, so just to be patient and wait for them to contact us!

Like a lot of folks on here, I'm so unhappy with Creditfix! They are treating us as if we are idiots, I went with PJG from her reputation and this forum to then go to a company like Creditfix who supposedly have the same ethics, I don't think, I'm checking this forum daily and daily Creditfix are mentioned, not even Greg is showing up now, I'm more stressed then ever, I wish I could borrow money to offer F &F but I don't so I'm stuck for another 4 years, this is so so wrong, under circumstances like this we should have the option to transfer to who we want at least once during our IVA lifetime, sorry to rant but I'm so angry over this issue

so, if we don't comply with their demands they fail us, but they get to bend the rules as they please?

I'd to to the insolvency the second it hit 2 months, they knew what they were buying, and could have planned for it.

I completely agree. If they couldn't handle the workload they shouldn't have taken it all our all at once.

The transition has been appalling but at least they got their priorities right by trying to kick their fees up and switching us all to a free bank account first and foremost.

I have emailed them again and attached the docs that I would have sent to pjg I have also attached some of the wage slips as since nov these are electronic wait and see what they say, I have done our part. CF are just blaming pjg for them not being done, as well will wait and see hope it's not too long x

Yep i agree with all of you, its not good.

In the correspondence i had i was told that PJG should have been doing reviews up til October but they stopped doing them in july/August so they are dealing with those first and obviously this is holding up every one else's reviews so the blame has been put with PJG, make of that what you will!

I also wish we had a little more leeway when things like this happen, like being able to choose who we transfer too but i guess that would be to much hard work, it's easier to sell the whole book together rather than people branching out and looking for other companies. I just wish Mel would have passed us over to decent company as at the moment CF are not filling me with great enthusiasm and as for the ' CF have the same ethics' i dont think you could get polar opposites of im honest.

Can an expert or even better Greg from CF tell CF clients who are still waiting :-
will any raise/reduction monthly payments be backdated?
Also will this hold up client's who are near competition?
I understand personal information can not be discussed but these are general questions.

Thanks

If the review has not been done in time as a result of delays by the IP and it subsequently leads to an uplift, the IP would have a bit of a cheek trying to backdate the increases to the anniversary. Personally I would only agree to any uplift going forward.

Arrears of bonuses, overtime and commission could be backdated as these should have been dealt with when first received.

I agree with Michael. They really cannot backdate a demand due to their delay.

If your I&E showed your payment had to go down would they backdate that and give you a refund? I hardly think so :)

I would never expect a review to mean backdated payments or refunds.
