I have my annual review soon and want to be prepared. Can any of you advise for FJ annual review what all I need to get ready to send? Would phone them myself on their premium number costs a fortune. Thanks

The 2 phone numbers on the front page of their website appear to be an 0800 freephone number and a standard geographic number?

Dear running99,
Your annual review is an opportunity for us to make sure your IVA payment is still affordable and to discuss how your IVA is progressing.
If you have a copy of your income and expenditure it's worth making a note against anything that's changed so we can update this during your review. We'd also ask if you haven't already to send in any wage slips and proof of any other income you may receive.
We would usually send a pre-review letter followed up by a phone call to complete the review.
If you would like to discuss your review with us we'd be happy to call you. You can email me at
Sarah.Jolly@FreemanJones.co.uk with your reference and we'll get in touch.
I hope this helps.
Thank you
