We have been looking into PPI since July 2011 as per our IVA and yet I still get more forms to sign today from them This company makes my blood boil!!!
Surely it does not take this long

We kept being chased for forms from EIF. Even after the banks confirming what we told them that there was never any PPI and another confirming there is no PPI related to our names at our address EIF requested proof of our names and address. We told them that we would not resupply information already supplied and if the banks confirm what we had already stated that there is no ppi then we have complied with the requirement to assist in PPI claims and have no further information to supply. The harassment from EIF has since stopped. Hurray!!!

They are a complete joke ! We was sent correspondence about 6 accounts in last july/aug that were in my name. I told them that this wasn't the case and that they weren't mine. They have only just decided that they are not in my name but are in my partners from a previous relationship 20+ years ago. They couldn't hold a **** ** in a brewery!!
