Harrysmummy, thank you. I just hate stupid people who think they are so above feelings that they can joke about and judge an individual by the way they themselves feel. Those of us who have learmed to respect how others feel in a given situation, when we ourselves know nothing about that person, would not be so crass and stupid.

Got my red letter today, seemed perfectly straight forward and worded correctly unlike the harsh email ! I will edit my S/O for march's payment and then place the red envelope with my T&C's ! :-)

Can't remember if my IVA number was on display in the address panel but PERSONALLY I don't really care and if anybody wants to judge me then more fool them.

I think we have scared Greg off which I hope not as I emailed him yesterday after commenting on the forum and he emailed me back nearly straight away giving me the correct information I requested.

We received our letter today and our reference was on plain view in the window, which was frustrating as we know our postman.

The letter itself was straight forwarded, and well written without sounding harsh, unlike the email we all received.

I paid today's payment into the normal PJG account and will change beginning if feb to the new one.
Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!

Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA :)

Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!

Mine arrived today, bold as brass. HUGE red envelope. Totally unnecessary I think. I get many colourful envelopes so I'm not that fussed but why waste all that money when an email would suffice?

Anyway, on mine it wasn't possible to see IVA or any such text no matter how the letter sat in the envelope.

Strangely enough, my full name was correct on the address but it said my first and middle name only after "Dear"!

The tone of the letter was a far cry from that of the email.

Oh what a lot of fuss all caused unnecessarily by treating us all like fools that need SHOUTING at with bold red fonts and huge red envelopes.

I cannot figure CreditFix out. One minute I think it's all going to be OK, then .... well you know.
One pay-cheque away from oblivion!

Creditfix are not alone in flamboyant envelopes. When GT clients were getting bombarded on changeovers the A4 envelopes were covered in purple spots !

Just logged back in after a week away and came back to the comment below ... not sure where anybody mentioned autism in the previous posts, or where the need came from to infer I suffer from it? Like I said, sense of humour is a good thing, abuse is not. [:(]

Yeah, autism does that to you kravarran. But then what do you know about being autistic hey?

OK ... So I re-read that reply and it appears I may have hastily replied .. there is no inference to me (apologies). But still, nobody mentioned anything regarding autism. It's not something I believe any normal, caring person would joke about.

Silly question, what reference do I use for the online payment and where can I find it? Is it the one on the letter that starts with IVAxxxxx - thanks

Not quite sure how they have broken any law when your insolvency is a matter of public record and published for all to see? Surely data protection laws only apply to sensitive, private information?
