Great result and nice work by Evette. She certainly does a lot of work for DFD clients behind the scenes and is defintiely worth approaching with a problem.

After 24hrs of receiving CC by email(Thanks to Evette Everest) I can now move on with my life. So much happened last year that this year is tops already and we are only in week one! Once I made the decision to take legal action against DFD I got my CC within half an hour???? Why could they not answer phones or emails prior to this?? Anyway, done now. Thankyou once again to you all for keeping me going including really huge thanks to Lesley, Foggy, Relieved33, Andy and those I haven't mentioned who have shown priceless support and advice. The only advice I have is no matter how difficult things get just keep going and use the fab support on the forum. I know I would have give up ages ago without the forum and the great people on here sharing their experiences and wisdom. Love to you all.[:D]

Well done on getting through it all, I know how tough it can be as I'm 3 years away from completion!

Good luck with the next phase of your life :)

Did you inform dfd you were taking legal action?

I love this forum. Kallis, helen, skippy, helen, lesley etc etc were amazing when I started.

for us an iva was a lonly place and I got all the support from here. Sometimes I just needed to feel thst someone understood more than I needed an answer.

Foggy is amazing too. He knows so much I actually kinda believe he's an undercover IP!

Some firms scan the forum ( a few have software that pings up mention of their firm )and respond accordingly (not always directly).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Others like me just have to read all the posts and make sure none of our clients have any issues. That software sounds a lot easier Foggy especially when the forum is busy!
