Having yet another rant!! I was told on the 17th Dec that I would receive my CC in the next 14-21days. I have not heard anything since. I have sent 4 emails with no response so I rang them this a.m for an update. A gentlmen from Dfd said that he couldn't put me through to closures for an update and can't give me any details of when to expect the CC other than I should not have been told a time scale. Please note IVA is now 8yrs old! I have rang back at 4.00 this afternoon to see if I could speak to someone who could up date me and have waited 35mins on hold so give up!!! What now I ask myself??? [:(]

I too am having the same issues with DFD. Although not quite completed my agreement yet they just dont respond! Continually pester me when they want something, but when I need something from them I get nothing. No point in emailing the forum support address either as no one ever responds to that! Thank god I only have one more year. That said... I can assure you that they will be on to me come june when its house valuation time!
Last Payment on Jan 5th 2016!

I think if I've got this right she has received her completion certificate via email from yourself now Evette, hoping I'e got that right and not interfering too much!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

You are right Lesley. Evette has already sorted this problem out and well done.
