Removing default after receiving completion certificate ?

Just received my completion cert. although IVA finished in Jan 2014 and the 6 years was up in July 2014.
Nothing on my credit file except a default to Cahoot, which is on my paperwork accompanying my completion cert.
Do I simply write to Cahoot with copies of the paperwork and certificate and demand they remove the default?
