I made my final IVA payment in April 2013, the IVA started in July 2007. So I began with 5 years of payments and then followed with 12 more payment as I was unable to remortgage. My IVA is with Grant Thornton. Apart from receiving one letter since the final payment. This was a copy of a letter that had been sent to my creditors outlining the final figures in the IVA in August 2014. I have heard nothing since. On emailing one gets no response. Are they out of line and should I continue to wait. Is it worth getting a legal letter written? Look forward to receiving some advise. Lily

I was in exactly the same position. Worth sending an email asking if it has been sent to closure. I found they had not sent mine because of a mistake. They sent it and them I kept sending emails every 6 weeks trying to keep them on track. IVA finished now CC received August 2014 I started in June 2007 like you.
