Made my last payment in January 2014 and have just found my CC sitting on the door mat [:)].
Am I right in thinking that I can`t start any clean up process until 6 years have elapsed which will be on the 18th December.
Many thanks

Thanks Lesley, and sorry for you guys who are still waiting.
Interestingly my IVA was taken over by GT about 3 years ago, in all that time I have never had a peep out of them regarding income/expenditure etc, infact I only returned the PPI forms in Feb after my last payment was made so i would imagine that is still ongoing. Its almost as if they couldn't be bothered with me.

"....Its almost as if they couldn't be bothered with me."

As a company I think you might well be correct. I, too, was taken over by GT but I believe I was very fortunate with the individual case workers who dealt with my IVA, as I found them to be sympathetic, supportive and very helpful.

It must be soul destroying to really want to help but have your hands tied behind your back by Company Politics and Policies !
