To all my new friends on the forum, I have now got a notice of breach from dfd and have emailed Melanie Giles for her help! I rang dfd today and they just said there solicitors are looking in to it??? I will update as things evolve:(

Hi Nichola. H i recived a notice of Breach this morning, even though I've paid my payments the last one in May 2013 but the IVA has never been completed. Did you make all your payments and do you know why your IVA is in breach because I'm unaware of what has happened?

I will look at this for you Nichola, but I cannot really get involved in an issue between yourselves and your IP. I am an IP in practice too - and it is not really ethical for one IP to appraise the work of another - that is the remit of our regulators if there is an issue which cannot be resolved directly.
