mmmm might be worth a call or pinging them an email as a reminder?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

As of 15:10 still no CC might be turning a little blue by now if I had held my breath. Just emailed Nicola Cuncliffe a reminder now waiting for a reply.

It has arrived and no more waiting YYYEEEEESSSSSSSSS. I would like to say a big THANK you to all of your help in this matter and a VERY BIG THANK YOU to Nicola Cuncliffe because without your help I think that I would be still waiting in another 5 years.

Nice result for you and DFD. Well done to Judith and Nicola who clearly pulled out the stops for you.

I'm sat here still not believing that its over after 2 1/2 years of waiting. All I can say to other people waiting is pester DFD as much as you can and just maybe you will get your CC.

Well done Mark, having previously been a customer of DFD I know your frustrations very well, I did shout loud and proud, got my MP involved as I felt I was being treated unfairly, my IP either didn't read my emails initially or answer them until the MP wrote to them. This PPI saga is dragging on far too long and new legislation needs to be passed to stop all of these delays relating to it, correct me if I'm wrong but I was of the understanding that if you have fulfilled all your obligation but were waiting for outstanding PPI you could still complete? Any way well done and congratulations it's going to be a good weekend for you, good luck. x
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

When I asked DFD this question back in 2012 (when I made my full and final payment offer, which was accepted and paid ) I do believe that they said I could not complete until PPI's were fully investigated and resolved
