Tomorrow is my variation meeting offering a f&f which I hope will be accepted as it means my creditors will have received 86% of monies owed.
Also tomorrow my usual monthly payment of £820 leaves my bank account, if I get my offer approved can I deduct £820 from the approved offer? It might seem petty, but to me that's a good deal of money.

hi to be fair I'm not sure pop in a call to your IP today to find out but do see your point.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Check with your IP to see what has been listed on the receipts and payments account. If you pay by standing order it may be prudent to stop the payment pending the discussion with your IP and if you pay by direct debit it is possible the IP may not call the payment.

Michael, I have a copy of the receipts & payments being submitted tomorrow and it is from July 2011 to end of May 2014. I think in that case I can cancel standing order - if the proposal fails I can always reinstate. Getting through to IP is impossible with DFD, I gave up months ago!

I would imagine that your IP would have included the current month's payment into the offer, in the knowledge that the meeting was taking place at the same time, but if this was not included then it is very possible that your IP will not call for the payment if you cancel your standing order.

Good luck tomorrow and do let us know the outcome.

Further to my post yesterday, I'm really happy to say my f&f offer has been accepted today. I'm over the moon, and would like to thank everyone for their help on here, it really is a lifeline when you need some advice. I suppose now I face the battle to get the CC in a reasonable time, but at the moment its just great to know that I'm debt free. To all those in an IVA, hang on in there, it goes much quicker than you think, I was in a fortunate position to be able to make an offer, but I'm amazed how quickly three years have gone. Good luck to everyone.
