lisaMB how I feel for you. I hate to say it but I am sure Payplan do not care at all. I am out of my mind with worry at the moment and told them this but they just ignore me.
Melanie and Michael Hindsite is a wonderful thing! If I had found this forum before I started my IVA I would never have gone with Payplan and I really regret it now. I thought because they were recommended by banks that they were a good company to deal with. I have noticed that the banks no longer seem to be recommending them and I am left to pick up the pieces.

I know exactly what you mean country girl, its horrible isn't it?
Im sure they think we are making everything up and they are very flippant about everything.
I really am at breaking point with the whole situation.
I have been on the phone to a friend tonight and spilled my guts to her, she has offered to lend me some money, but in the end its just a drop in the ocean. She said i could borrow £1000 and pay her back over a couple of years.
This would be for me to go bankrupt, i am considering offering the £1000 on monday to payplan and telling them if they dont accept that then im going bankrupt and wont get a penny..after all payplan have already had their money out of me and have paid my creditors as little as 20p since i have started the iva

Yes it is horrible LisaMB, I feel they are very flippant to. They just added in that clause about making me bankrupt as though it really didn't matter and the fact that I would lose my home was nothing. I know I am lucky that I have equity in my home but that does not mean nothing unless it is sold. My elderly mother lives nearby in sheltered type housing and she needs my help. It will be much more difficult if I have to move.
I do hope you get something sorted soon. What a good friend you have you will lend you some money.
I do think Payplan are only interested in getting their fees off you.

Sometimes i wonder how they would feel if the tables were turned
I hope you get sorted soon, and you find a way of not having to sell your home.

I hope they do for your sake, even though its another long slog on the back of the iva, but i guess the end will justify the means x
