As last posted I've put forward a f&f offer in March and had little response from DFD. I'm fed up with sending emails and spending time on the phone and getting nowhere. Who can I complain to at a higher level?

Check your paperwork to find out the regulatory body that DFD come under and complain to them. They will expect you to have used DFDs own complaints procedure first.

Sometimes unfortunately you do have to shout and kick and scream to get action.

Good luck.

As Paul says, you do have to go through the company complaints procedure first. If that fails try here:

My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

You could ring the standard helpline and ask for the complaints procedure address? Not sure why DFD are like this, they probably have more clients then they can handle? and probably not enough staff like everywhere else but the old saying, the customer is always right. Good luck.
IVA complete March 2014 after 6 years.

I suggest a personal e-mail to your IP expressing your dissatisfaction at the service would be a good starting point.

Thank you all for your advice. I finally got through on the phone and my f&f is being drafted, so at least it appears to be moving along. Still a ridiculously long time to have to wait, I suspect if I had defaulted on payments I would have a quicker response!

With respect Evette, I've already tried emailing Judith Anderton via the profile link - no response I'm afraid, so I don't have a lot of faith in contacting DFD this way.

March really isn't that long, our full and final meeting started back in oct/nov and it is only being held on wed next week even though they had everything to draft the proposal before xmas.
