I want to petition for my bankruptcy but court says I need a IVA certificate of termination from DFD. Alas my letters emails are ignored and phone calls not returned. Have even stopped paying them and STILL have not heard anything from them! What am I supposed to do? Any suggestions?

Hi Lisadn50 and welcome to the forum

They should not be ignoring your requests for a certificate of termination, especially if this is stopping you from moving on with your life. There are representatives from DFD who occasionally post on the forum - so hopefully one of these may pick up on your post tomorrow and offer to assist.
