All,

Just wondering if people are having issues getting a reply from GT as have sent two emails now. I received Read Receipts on both ocassions but no reply. One was in relation to possible redundancy to went to their generic customer service inbox, and the other about a possible annual bonus - that went the the IVAreview inbox...

Regards

Hi Geoff,
I am a GT customer and had awful problems getting any contact back from them via email. In the end (after sending 5 emails over a 2 week period) I called the customer service team directly and had my case dealt with there and then. Just give them a call.
All the best

**Any comments I make are purely my own opinions**

I am with GT and have not had cause to contact them lately, but have never waited more that 2 days for a reply in the past.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

Can take a month for an email response, which I think is ridiculous. They also tend to ignore your actual query most of the time as well

Definitely try the dedicated customer support department. We have seen a number of forum posters assisted by going to them directly in the past.
