Hi everyone hope you can help!
I recently received my Certificate of completion from GT (FINALLY) and have contacted the main credit reference
agencies and Insolvency Service
My question is that my IVA was in the closure process (first with RSM Tenon then GT) for over 2 years, so although my obligations ended in Oct 2011 my
completion wasn't until December 2013:
Will the IVA still show for another 12 months on my credit files?
All the debts have gone (as they have passed the 6 year mark) but I'm now worried that the IVA be shown for even longer
I hope I'm making sense?
Mat

Hi
In theory the IVA should be off your credit file once six years are up from when the IVA started AND it is off the online insolvency register.
However this doesn't always seem to be the case

Thanks Andy, that's what I thought. I've contacted noddle/call credit and Experian today again and will check again in a week or so. My details are of off the IIR so hopefully it will be removed from the CR
