I received my COC 18 months ago but am still getting regular calls from GT about PPI claim, which is not applicable when I checked. Should they still be chasing when my iva was closed in 2011?

Just to reiterate, this is Chris 2202. My IVA was concluded in Oct 2011. After a lot of chasing I received my Certificate of Completion from GT in Nov 2012. Post IVA I completed their PPI claim forms as instructed and over time learnt from the various creditors that I was not eligible for a refund, as I'd suspected all along. Still at least twice a week I receive calls on my house phone and mobiles from GT and Bank Smart chasing up PPI claim. I'm getting really fed up with this now. Even more so as GT took over my Blair Endersby IVA and have caused me nothing but pain since, even post IVA completion. Would appreciate some guidance from the Experts

There is a slim argument, that if any mis-sold PPI was deemed to be an asset of the IVA - and that would depend upon the terms and conditions which applied to your particular case, that this could even now be pursued by your former IP for the benefit of creditors.

Have to say I don't think that many firms are dong this in practice - and our legal guidance from our regulators confirms that there is no obligation to do this.
