My creditors should be in a meeting now to decide whether to accept my F & F offer, I only have 5 months left and just want it finished, I have offered to pay everything I would have for the next 5 months, I was made redundant again 2 weeks before Christmas so I really need this out of the way, fingers crossed

As you are so close to the end of the IVA, I am sure that creditors will accept your offer - so fingers crossed and do let us know how it all went.

I've just had a call from Payplan to say the F & F has been accepted, both mine and my wife's IVA have both been paid up in full, it has been a hard slog but we are now at the end, a lesson learnt the hard way, I have e-mailed one particular member of staff at Payplan as the help she gave us was [in my opinion] above and beyond her remit, she was a greta inspiration for us to ensure we did not fail, I had many kind words of support from people on this board to whom I am very grateful, I wish everyone the very best of luck for the future

Wonderful news - and well done to that lady at Payplan who has provided you with such a great service. Why not drop an e-mail to your IP praising her, so she gets the recognition she righlty deserves. I am always very happy when clients of mine give me feedback about my own team.

Congratulations !

I wholeheartedly agree with Mel. When we get good service, help and support, this should be celebrated, perhaps even more so than when the opposite happens.

I will do, I have also received an e-mail today asking for confirmation of their acceptance by a potential employer, so things are looking up
