Totally agree with Skippy on this one.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

David goes above and beyond in my opinion in the debt world, he helps not only his own clients but others too. David, thank you for outlining it as it is and I'm sure your clients will take some comfort in the subsequent windfall clause. I too hope others adopt this to help everyone.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Thank you David. I am pleased to note the stance you are taking regarding continuing responsibilities. Although the credit record cannot be repaired until final completion, this does resolve many pressing worries with the PPI delays.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
