I had variation to keep ppi separate, and it took a while as the wording needed to be redone. Don't know if this is the same as template being redesigned, but this was back in June/July. Variation was then held on 5th august and got my CC on the 9th August.
Could be something they say if its held up or things change that much surrounding ppi then maybe they have to keep changing it.

I'm with DFD, my last payment was Feb 2013. Likewise I've been chasing completion and received an email template yesterday to say that they were trying to close but still continue with PPI. I'd would be so nice to resolve it all.
