Just going back to the customer service. I worked in a call centre many many moons ago, they monitored/listened in to about 6 calls a week and you always knew you was been monitored. A supervisor would sit in a certain chair and not be on the phones, obvious he was there to listen in. This was to give you, among other things, better insite to how you could improve and a customer service rating which you needed to get a minimum score. however if you have a complaint against you, they can monitor every call you make, and you wont know it. hence, always best to take the persons name and complain if they are rude to you. I work for the NHS now and have to say, patients on the phone never raise there voices and always polite. Its actually other members of staff that are rude to me on the phone. From my experience that is. Good look and hope things work out for you.
IVA complete March 2014 after 6 years.

Hi Lesley,

I am in the middle of selling the house and moving, will have equity of approx. 16k and we are planning to celebrate once we are moved. Next week I am on holiday in the Med on a cruise with a close friend leaving the other half at home alone. The house completes 4th November but at least I can relax now with all my worries behind me. There was a time that Grant Thornton were saying that they were going to take the equity but I fought that and now they agree nothing else to pay issued C of C and closed the case.

It is brilliant to see that your persistence has paid off. Hopefully, other poor folks waiting for completion certificates will take heart, and courage to keep chasing via direct and indirect means.
