Hi

Congratulations to Melanie Giles, always there, very well respected and never one to dodge the questions or thorny issues.

As always our posts should not be seen as promoting any individual IP or company, we don't do that sort of thing at NEDCAB.

Maybe the CAB can get in on these awards next year in some way, and then again maybe not:)

Just the usual independent, impartial balance again from us with the usual touch of light hearted banter / humour.

Yours Sincerely

The NED-CAB 'Team'

And a huge big congratulations from me. I was disappointed to miss the awards evening as I was away but even more so now having missed Mel get her award. I echo everyone's comments on what a well deserved achievement this is and agree its well overdue!! It is a privilege to work with Mel, I have learned so much from her over the years and I am proud to be a member of her team. Mel will say she wins this award on behalf of her team but, as dedicated and professional as we all are, this is award is 100% yours for the lengths at which you go for your clients, the industry and anyone needing help, well done x

I have already congratulated Mel -- and would like to echo Tina's congratulations for Kelly.

I would, however, like to go further and sincerely thank the whole of Team Mel; the absolute stars who regularly assist us all on here: Mel, Tina and Kelly, as well as the staff at HQ and satellite offices we never get the opportunity to meet for their help, support and dedication.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

well done mel.you are a credit to your proffesion and even more so to this forum.
well done Kelly as well as you are aware, the voice you talk to down the phone(even tho you don't know what they look like)can make all the difference to how people cope with an iva.if they are nice then that's half the battle done right there.
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards
