Really not happy with the aftercare I am receiving from my company , they lost a PPI refund form Im still chasing it , never return calls , Help

which company are you talking about - is this the insolvency company or the PPI company that is misplacing your form ?

Hi its my insolvancy company , the PPI company is the same company as insolvancy. They keep blaming each others department , I then got a letter from Barclycard apologising for the information which I had not received ( although I did receive it and send it to my IVA contact as requested 12 months ago) very disappointed with the service
