No completion certificate after 7 years with DFD. They have had PPI. Can I sue them ?

I have been in my iva with DFD for 7 years now I haven't missed 1 payment and they have had my ppi of me as well but keep fobbing me off and delaying my completion date ! Are they in breach of there own contract and can I sue them as 2 years past the 5 year iva is a pi%% take ! Sorry but I'm angry

I've just replied on your other post, I'll lock that one to avoid confusion but basically keep badgering them it isn't right at all in my humble opinion.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I think an Ombudsman job is needed.An example needs to be made.

Many here have had issues with getting their certificate quickly.It is beyond a JOKE.If I live near them I would have turned up with family and made a fuss. They are holding peoples lives back.

Get some more staff if you are so busy DFD.I do regret even doing an IVA with a BIG firm.

i have just sent judith anderton an email if i do not have a good result this will be my last contact with dfd and i will pursue all legal means and persue costs ! as i have been fobbed off for the last 2 years and was even told after a complaint that it would be done and dusted in august !

I have been contacted today and told 2 weeks ! And I will have my completion certification ! Let's hops so ! As a promise is nothing unless it's deliverd .
