Hi - ring them first thing on Tuesday morning. Tell them you will be taking this further with your local MP & also the IPA if they don't sort it within a week. People on here tell you to e-mail your IP direct - that's all well & good if you have their e-mail address, but GT being GT won't give you your IPs contact details. Good luck - hope you get it sorted soon. This is the last thing you need right now.

Good luck to you and I hope everything is alright with your husband. I thought we were hard done by still waiting 8 months after last payment, but in your situation it must really be upsetting. What a cruel way to treat people, I hope Karol picks this up soon.

Tinks you do not need GT to find email addresses i found one of our IP's on their page on google sent my complaint to him gave 28 days for a reply got one back the next day saying they are investigating and will get back to me by end of today.admittedly it wasn't the IP that replied but at least I got a response

Hi, rang GT on Friday was told they would look into it as the person I needed to speak to wasnt there at the moment but they would get somebody to ring me back. And yes somebody did and quote I will be receiving are CC letter next week. Fingers crossed and toes,but am not holding my breath. 8years and 2 months and counting. And a big thanks to you all reference my husband,is not doing to bad at the moment.
