My ex husband has removed me off the IVA. Surely they would need my signature to do this ?

Hi -- have you been making the payments and is the IVA in your name ? Your Ex cannot remove you from the IVA. Have a word with the IP to see what is going on.

Who are you with ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Wow, never heard of this before but as foggy says check with your IP what has happened as can't see how he can touch your IVA as they're individual but could be interlocking.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi,

You cannot be taken off the your IVA without your permission, even if it is a joint IVA.

Speak to your Supervisor (Insolvency Practitioner) as soon as possible to seek clarification on the matter.

Good Luck!

This makes no sense at all. If the payments have been met for your IVA you have nothing to be concerned about. If however, you split up and you relied on him to make the payments there could be a problem.

Who was actually paying the IVA?
