Forums are a very hard medium to control my comments do not reflect all the good things that you've done for me and my post probably comes across negative when its not meant to be, for this I can only apologise.
I have been in constant communication with your team since my last payment, I only reverted to posting here as I know you look at it and your team don't always come back to me with a clear picture in the sense I had no idea when it would be completed. I realise my exceptions are probably very very high and i'm a pushy client!
For me having the final bit of paper means a lot as it marks the physical end even know payments have finished.
Well done Fingers.......hope as long as I can complete my IVA I can get a CC as fast as yours.....but then I'm also with Mels team and wouldn't expect anything less. The horror stories lately on this forum of how long people have waited for their CC really is a concern.
Mel, fortunately you and the team (amongst a few others on this forum) set exceptional standards in dealing with us clients and I suppose "impatience" becomes inherant in us all at times, even when its not required. Keep up the great work and please let me know your secret of staying awake late into every morning:)

Pennyless, I haven't forgotten you, just been busy in meetings for the last couple of days. Will get you tomorrow hopefully to have a chat. My late night secret is due to an active mind which sometimes only wakes up at 10pm each day - coupled with a husband who permanently sits in front of the Sci-Fi channel, so I have to find something else to do, as there is only a certain amount of Star Trek a girl can take!
