I made my last payment with Melanie in January and received my cert in April. I know it's all different so hard to say when but I know for sure she'll not hold up closure any longer than necessary. x

I'm sure it won't be long, why not drop them an email they're a friendly bunch who won't mind telling you where your completion is at.

I was 3 months after final payment with no PPI claim or equity to sort so hang in there

I am not sure why you are depressed fingers - we have two months to issue the report and I have actually finalised it on time this evening. I really do try my best for my own clients, and it is really disheartening when my efforts lie unappreciated, and worse still because I post publicly on this forum, that my clients then use this medium to post adverse comment.

When I see all of the adverse comments about other firms, and see clients who have literally waited years and not a couple of months for their closure - and compare those firms profits to my own - I do wonder sometimes who is the fool.

Well done Mel ..another certificate of completion on it's way... Fantastic efforts by you and your team which are widely appreciated by us all ....

Forum members ... Please ensure you communicate direct with your IP when yo have concerns or questions ... It is absolutely vital you gain their advice and this is specific to your IVA terms and conditions.
We can provide general advice and guidance and will do so, but there is nothing better than specific case advice.
