hi everyone. at last !!! finally received my closure certificate..i want to thank all who have advised me on this forum especially Melanie and Karol (GT)..also let me give you a brief..finished last iva payment last december..since then i have bombarded GT with emails and calls..this is because our iva was paid off with all the PPI they had off us and we never missed a payment and ...wait for it ! ..also signed our spotty envelope..amendments..i must say that you cant expect to get your certificate (in my experience)soon after your last payment..but you must chase it..i am now waiting for money held back by GT ..its all a waiting game...and very frustrating..GOD bless you all and take deep breaths....steve.
