It will stay on your credit file for 6 years from date of acceptance i.e the creditors meeting.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

We are into our 7th year due to the impossible situation that the PPI issues have caused,we finished paying our iva in July 2012.I recently joined credit expert to look at my credit file and the iva is still on it....I contacted credit expert to get this removed and they said,"sure,if you forward your completion certificate to us we will remove it immediately"....Needless to say we are still waiting for our completion certificate so it does not just drop off your credit file after your 6th year is up.
