Hi Becky - once you have your completion certificate you should be able to get it removed almost instantly when you contact them as you have gone past your 6 year time frame. Are you still showing on the Insovency Register?

Hi Becky. When you say your completion certificate was due last week ..... what do you mean ? Have you been told by GT that it would be issued then, or are you taking 6 years from your start date ?

If the latter, that time span refers to your credit reference files, not the issue of the certificate. Has PPI been discussed with you ?

Hi My CC came in Feb it took about 3-4 weeks for it to come off the Insolvency register. I am still cleaning up my credit files it's not easy and as said all Defaults IVA still stay on there until 6 years is up. I don't trust the Credit ref agencies one bit. As soon as I clean one bit up another surfaces. Good luck
