How long can GT keep saying 'a few more weeks ' to close our IVA ?

Finished via in December after five and a half years then got told could not close case till ppi forms were sighned did this twice then last week got some more forms something to do with ppi? Rang gt said it's been nearly 7 years when will our case be close they just keep saying few more weeks.how long can they keep doing this? Thanks

They can say whatever they like and we just have to go along with it. The day we get our certificate I will collapse with the shock

Check your IVA docs see if it had a 6 year cut off if it does point this out and the fact they breached thier own iva and tell them to pull thier finger out.

If the IVA has expired the timeline allowed for it in the first place, and there are no provisions for it to be extended, then it may be null and void already. Check this out with your own IP to be sure.
