I have finally received my certificate of completion dated the 13th June this morning from GT. My iva was completed in March 2012! Who do I notify to clear my credit file or do I trust GT to do this sometime soon please?

Hi Sandra - welcome to the forum and great to hear you have completed your IVA and now have your certificate. Give GT a call to check if they are planning to instruct the clearance anytime soon otherwise I would give the 3 agencies a call to get it done yourself.

Best wishes for the future Sandra.
