Hi, hope you are all enjoying the hot weather, my ex partner has started paying me csa money through his wages after 11 years how much if that is payed into our iva we got £ 140.00 this month so would the iva take half of it or all ? They are aware of this money but our payments a month haven't changed .

Hi - depends who your IP is, but mine didn't take into account child maint payments via CSA - mainly due to the fact that ex was a discharged bankrupt and couldn't be relied on.....
The best thing I ever did - at last I'm in control!

I suggest that you offer to pay 50% of the CSA payments into the IVA in each month that you receive the payment. In this way your regular bank payment is not affected, and the creditors benefit from the money they are entitled to - but as with all queries like this, do take specific advice from your own IP.
