Wishing you all the luck in the world Busy Bee seems unless you willing for them to take more fee's you end up at the back of a very long queue.

I called GT (YET AGAIN) yesterday only to be told that the meeting they was awaiting for had been held last month and i should be getting my completion certificate within 6 to 8 weeks.
When i questioned the agent saying that when i had called in the past that no one confirmed the meeting had taken place, he quickly changed his story saying that they was still awaiting for this meeting to take place and that he couldnt honestly say when this meeting would take place.[V][:(!]

Just received my completion certificate today almost 7 years to the day after starting it . Following advice from another topic in this forum I e mailed customer services on Friday evening using IVA forum as the subject line, and received a reply yesterday confirming completion and saying I should receive my completion certificate within 2 to 3 weeks, my certificate arrived today (Postmarked yesterday) how's that for coincidence. Thank you GT customer services
Fizzer do you know what that other post was please, as i would be interested in reading it
One of my clients phoned today and he has just received his completion certificate from Grant Thornton, he started his IVA in Sept 2011 with RSM Tenon and then offered a full and final in Jan/Feb via Grant Thornton this year.
Why can some be fairly quick whilst others take so long ?

It just seams that once you have made your payments they do not seam to care about keeping their end of the bargin up
After 27 long months from our Full and Final settlement being accepted we have finally received our completion certificate from Grant Thornton, during this time we have found GT customer service dept to be appaling, however the one exception to this has been Karol(Who posts on forum representing GT).Since her involvement over the last 4 months she has responded to e-mail /phone calls promptly with great knowledge of the subject matter.I know GT have had a lot of bad press on the forum but I would like to go on record to thank Karol for all her help.
