I would just like to post that after many email's to and fro from Grant Thornton since August 2012, I have due to Karol Wilson's and Barry O'Donnell's intervention finally had a positive response which I am now happy with and hope the remainder of my IVA will run smoothly with them.

Great to hear that progress has been made jeffw. I have not come across Barry (yet), but have had many dealings with Karol, who I have always found to be most charming and helpful.

Well done to Karol and Barry for sorting this out for you. I know them both, and they really do take all of these current complaints seriously.

Update, I have today been in contact with Karol at Grant Thornton and have to give credit where its due, She is an absolute diamond.
Karol has confirmed I only have 12 payments left to complete my IVA early.
So there is definitely light at the end of the tunnel and made my day.

Thats good news Jeff - seeing the light at the end is so important - you feel like you're geting somewhere!

Sounds like Karol should be getting an employee of the month award if they have such a thing!!

I agree Tina, amazes me how one person at a company as big as Grant Thornton can make all the difference to people in our position.
Karol does deserve a medal.

Email her using the usual forum mailbox and ask if she can ring you -- it usually works for me. You do have to work around her very busy schedule, but it's not usually too long a wait.
