Hi Paul. Might I suggest you have a chat with several Insolvency companies for specific advice. You can find a list, with reviews, at www.iva.com, or, more usefully, have a look around this forum to see how we get on with some firms ( and not so well with others). It is important to speak to a few ( it's free and without obligation at this stage) to compare advice and to see who you are comfortable with.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hello. You are in the best place to seek help. Like you I paid everyone every month but had nothing left so ended up living off credit cards and just going around in circles. Admitting to yourself and looking for a solution is the best decision you will make. I am not saying it is an easy journey but if you are serious about your problems then seeking help is the best solution for your future and health and well being!
The first stage is recognising a problem - which you have. The next stage should be to seek professional advice from an insolvency practitioner who can help you to assess what you can truly afford to offer to repay your creditors, and which debt solutions are available to you.
