Hi all

Just had a letter from a company telling me they can possibly clear my IVA off with any frozen pensions I have. I am at month 34 in my IVA and wondered what this was all about? A scam? or for real? I and my partner do have frozen pensions...any advice would be most grateful...thanks...

Be very careful about touching pensions as often the fees involved completely deplete the pension holding. Speak to your IP and possibly consider independent legal advice but personally I would let the IVA run its course rather than using a firm like this.

Probably not a scam, but as Michael says you need to tread very carefully before affecting your income into retirement. Where did they get your details from as a matter of interest?
