Can anyone help with my query?
I finished my payments into my IVA on 30th June 2012 so my six years is up at the end of this month. I have obtained my credit report from Experian but cannot see where/how the IVA is listed? Does is actually show as IVA or is it called something else? I am trying to make sure that any defaults are showing the correct date but cannot see where the IVA is listed so cannot check the dates. Also does it list each debtor or are they bunched into one for the sake of the IVA?

You may need to obtain the three credit reports - to get a fuller picture - It may be Experian has updated their record early and removed the IVA

I will check the other two credit reports as well, I'm hoping as the 6 years is nearly up they have dropped off. I had my completion certificate within 2 weeks of my last payment and never had any problems with the company I used so I'm hoping they made sure the default dates were correct, I will double check though.
