I have complained to experian that they still have my IVA showing as live even though its 3 months over 6 years old and was settled a year ago !!
They are saying they need the original copy of my completion certificate to remove it....Jeez how come they need it and the other 2 agencies didnt, apart fropm the fact that i dont have my completion certificate anyway as TSB havent sent it back yet.
Any Ideas Anyone[V]

Ask them on what grounds they think its live? I presume it isnt on the insolvency register anymore, in which case they should remove it from your records. If you send in your CC be aware they might remove the IVA from the insolvencies section, but might add a notice of correction to state when your IVA completed (which has an equally devastating effect on your credit status)! I'd ring them again, ask them the question above, state your IVA have been removed the insolvency register and that they should remove the inaccurate information they hold immediately and that you will log a complaint with the ICO
http://www.ico.org.uk/ if they dont. You may need to write to them to state the same thing, and if they dont comply, make a complaint with the ICO. I dont see why you need to send in your CC to be honest.

They should be advised by the insolvency service that the IVA was completed.
This should have been marked as so at Experian.
At which time after 6 years and a day it's deleted. If the IVA is not marked as completed then this could remain until such time it is marked as completed.
Experian wont add to the notices section. That's a Equifax thing.
