Is anyone with Debt free direct and if so how long does it take to get your completion certificate once final payment is made.[:)]

There are a number of posters with DFD so hopefully they'll be along soon to advise.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi Chandler
we made our last payment in december 2012. i emailed DFD to confirm we had made all our payments and got a reply saying yes and they would hope to complete in about 6 months. Now 4 months on and i have not had any calls or letters as yet?

Hi Kev and Chandler have either of you signed any PPI documents at all?
If so then i would firstly speak to EIF who are the claims management firm dealing with PPI and find out what they are doing as they are notorious for not prioritising, secondly email your IP or Judith at DFD to see if you can get an answer, sadly both companies are renowned at the moment for not being very good at communicating.
My advice is keep emailing, etc and you will get somewhere soon. My closure took approximately 8months and that was with me being very tenacious. Good luck. xx

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
