Evening guys, hope you are all well.

For those of you do not know me or read my posts I am about have a decision made on wednesday (creditor meeting) regarding a Full & Final IVA.

I was hoping maybe someone can give me some advice or help regards dealing with The Co Operative Bank?

Having just gone through my creditors it would seem if they decline then the IVA will not go through as they are approx 27-30% of the vote... [:0]

Anyone had any dealings with them?

Hi Russ, Co-operative weren't one of my creditors so unsure how they tend to vote. One of the others will have experience of them as a creditor I'm sure so hang in there and we'll keep this bumped up for you x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Russ,Co-Operative were one of our creditors and they didn't vote at our creditors meeting.
Don't know if this helps?
Good luck on wednesday!

That's cool thanks for your response.

If they also do not vote for my meeting am I right in saying that if the rest as in majority of the creditors agreed then they would be classed as agreeing? so their vote will be the same as the majority who have voted?

Anyone else had experience with Co Operative?

That's what happened with ours so I presume the same applies.

Russ

I am so sorry, I did not realise you were one of my clients (or strictly speaking I should say Sue's - although I think of all of our clients as mine!)

Very best of luck for tomorrow's meeting, and be sure to let us know the outcome - although I will be taking a sneak peak as soon as I can when I get to the office!

Cheers Mel... It went swimmingly so Claire confirmed this afternoon.

I am a very happy man and that is thanks to you and your team. I am very grateful and after the way you guys have dealt and handled my case I don't understand why anyone looking to do an IVA should go to anyone but yourselves.
